This is an extremely pertinent characteristic since 77% of the home buyers in the marketplace are beginning their search online.

The article is titled “Technology Matters More Than Ever in A Tightening Market”. The article was written by Matthew Ferrarra. You can preview this article by Clicking here.

Hi Mike! We’re planing to relocate to Mass. from London UK and came across your site. Sadly I don’t think Milton is for us as our limit is $500,000, but I just had to write & ask you – are you related to Michael and Nancy (nee Salinger) Mahoney? Michael was my mother’s cousin & they were originally from Ireland, near Cork. They had several children and I remember a little boy aged about 3 when I was 15… hope you don’t mind my asking!

    Best wishes

Melanie Eskenazi (nee O’Connor. mother’s maiden name Hourihan)
